This website is operated by Kaydeemart. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Kaydeemart. By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

Accuracy of Orders

Please review your cart, sizes, and shipping address carefully before completing your purchase. Since we only offer exchanges for errors made on our part (e.g., incorrect sizing or incorrect product sent), mistakes made by the customer during checkout cannot be refunded or exchanged.

Dispute Resolution & Verification

By purchasing from Kaydeemart, you acknowledge and agree that an unboxing video is required to substantiate claims of damaged or missing items. We reserve the right to deny refund or exchange requests if sufficient video proof is not provided within 5 days of delivery.
